We talk first
Tell us what hurts and what you want to get back to doing.
For the stiffness, pain and old injuries that have you saying, "I used to be able to..."

You skip the yard work because you walked the dog. You say no to pickleball because you know how tomorrow will feel.
When everyday activities start dictating the rest of your day, it's worth paying attention. You don't have to accept those limits as your new normal.
Most sessions blend several of these, so you don't have to choose. If one sounds like you, start there.
For everyday pain and stiffness. Your session is aimed at the one thing you most want to get back to.
For long-held tension deep in the muscle. Slow, firm pressure, used only as deep as your body can take.
For athletes and weekend players with a nagging ache, or an event coming up that you can't afford to miss.
For swelling after surgery or injury. Gentle work that helps move fluid out so the area can heal.
For the "stuck" feeling. Slow, sustained pressure on the tissue around your muscles to free up movement.
For tight areas that need lifting, not pressing. Suction gently draws the tissue upward.

Get focused massage tailored to what your body needs today.
Leave with home stretches and a clear plan for your next steps.
If you say your low back is the problem, your session is about your low back, not the same full-body routine everyone gets.
Shoulder pain may need work on your abdominals. Low back pain may need your glutes. We follow the problem to where it started.
Your appointment includes an extra 15 minutes, so talking and changing don't come out of your hands-on time. No assistants, no interruptions.

Maybe you've had a therapist dig an elbow in until you were bruised, or you felt wiped out for days afterward. That isn't how injury work should feel.
Pressure stays within what your body can handle that day. A muscle guarding a sore joint is never forced to let go, and swollen areas get gentle lymphatic work instead of deep pressure. You should leave moving better and able to go to work or play golf the next day.
