We follow your intake
If you say your low back is the problem, that is where the session goes. If you had your back worked on yesterday, we work somewhere else.
One expert and one flat rate, with massage and skin care built around what you want to get back to.

Piedmont Injury Massage is a one-practitioner studio for massage therapy and advanced skin care. We built it for people who are tired of rushed appointments, spa menus and sales pitches in the middle of a treatment.
Some clients arrive with an old injury or a stiff back. Others want skin that looks as rested as they feel, without injections or surgery. They come from all over the Hoschton/Braselton area.
They could book a chain spa, a med spa or a basic massage clinic. They choose us for a real assessment, a method behind every session, and a practitioner who tells them what she's doing and why.
If you say your low back is the problem, that is where the session goes. If you had your back worked on yesterday, we work somewhere else.
Chronic pain is usually a pattern, not a one-time event. We look at how you move and why, so we can interrupt the pattern instead of soothing it.
You hear in plain words why something hurts and what is driving it, so you understand your body and know what to do between visits.
Massage is $115 for 60 minutes, $175 for 90 and $230 for 120. Facials are $150 each. Every technique is part of that price, and you never have to budget for a tip.
You can find a cheaper massage in town if all you want is a basic, light-pressure one. Add up the upcharges for deep tissue, cupping or other techniques at other places, though, and our flat rate can come out ahead.
Facials work the same way. Every facial is $150, so you can change which one you get that day without the price moving. Add-ons are $50 each, and only if you choose them. We don't pitch an extra mask or a serum upgrade while you're lying back, and we don't negotiate rates or sell packages.

The person who assesses you is the one who treats you, for massage and facials alike.
Every appointment adds 15 minutes, so talking and changing never cut into your hands-on time.
Choose your music, your table temperature and even your comforter. It is your room for your time.
If you need a surgeon or another specialist, we tell you instead of booking sessions that won't help.

Hart Fandridge is both a licensed massage therapist and a licensed esthetician, so one person looks after your muscles and your skin. She is CIDESCO Certified, IDI Postgraduate and Oncology Certified, which matters when skin is sensitive or going through treatment. She also volunteers with Beauty Becomes You. Piedmont Injury Massage was a 2025 Best of Georgia regional winner and a 2024 Nextdoor Neighborhood Fave.
She chose her massage training on purpose. Real life means twisting, reaching, bending and pivoting, not moving in a single direction, so your session is built around how you move. She also knows injury recovery from both sides of the table, because she worked her own way back from a car accident that doctors said she would have to live with.
On the skin side, she studies ingredients and chemistry so she can tell you why something works before it goes on your face. She keeps learning because she wants to go past the industry standard.
You know you're a fit when you stop talking about where it hurts and start talking about what you want to do again.

If you want light pressure and a nap, a spa will serve you better. Our flat rate covers advanced injury work.
We don't negotiate rates or sell discount packages, so a hunt for the lowest price in town won't end here.
We don't offer Botox, filler or other injectables. Our facials use hands-on techniques, technology and professional skin care.
Bodywork and skin care both take time. We won't promise overnight results, and a plan only works if you follow it.
Skin care and bodywork both take patience, so you should be able to see whether they work. Our digital skin analysis tracks your skin over time and compares it with others your age. For muscles and posture, Physio 3D Analysis shows where your body needs support.
After your first visit, we tell you whether a short series or ongoing maintenance fits. Facials work in layers: maintenance visits run every three to six weeks, and correcting a problem takes longer, from a couple of months to about six. Massage is similar. Problems you've had for years usually take a short series over about a month, then maintenance.
If you wake up sore on the day of a facial, we can turn it into a massage. Explore skin care
